There are three sorts of problem areas

Firstly, there are forms of acting out:

Binging

Purging

Restricting

Body obsession

Gambling

Having sex

Hunting for sex

Sexual intrigue

Romance

Spending

Debting

Business debting

Underearning

Overworking

Stalking

Jealousy

Obsessing

Manipulating

Secondly, there are ways in which we have to maintain our lives:

Physical health & wellbeing

Mental health & wellbeing

Developmental health & wellbeing
